| Since 1997, BJM has awarded thousands of dollars in cash scholarships to BJM employees continuing their formal education, as well as to graduating seniors from numerous Central Kentucky High schools. In addition, BJM provides free on-the-job and computer training year-round for its thousands of employees each year. All of this is done at absolutely no cost to job seekers, businesses, or the taxpayers.
