Candidates must be able to successfully perform all aspects of the recruiting process including conducting competitive market research and developing recruitment strategies to proactively and creatively source candidates; screening and assessing candidates via phone/virtual/in-person screening and interviewing; and establishing and maintaining great relationships with clients by providing timely updates. Candidates should be passionate and motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, environment. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and a consultative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively grow and expand client and consultant relationships. Candidates should be detailed oriented and highly organized with the ability to motivate the team to reach desired goals/revenue and handle multiple priorities simultaneously by possessing excellent prioritization, time management, and project planning / management skills. BS in Business, Communications, or Human Resources or comparable combination of education & experience required along with 1+ year of previous experience in professional search/recruiting & talent pipeline development highly preferred, but not required. Must have demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite and excellent computer skills. Dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance offered plus paid time off and 11 paid holidays.
