Nurse Case Manager

A nurse case manager works closely with their assigned physicians to educate and coordinate the plan of care. Some responsibilities include: Consulting with the clinic when requested and acquiring prior authorizations of medications as needed. Position is at a well-known clinic in Lexington!

Must be able to multitask and prioritize. Pediatric experience preferable. Case management certification preferred but not required.
