Job Requirements
• Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited 4-year college or university
• 5 years of experience in the nursing profession; knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
• 3 years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse license from Commonwealth of Kentucky
