Most have: an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited 4-year college or university, 5 years of experience in the nursing profession, knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, 3 years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility, and an unencumbered Registered Nurse license from Commonwealth of Kentucky.
