Position Description

The Marketing Service Representative will: • Work closely with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services • Create formal quotes and follow up with customers and vendors • Attend trade shows and events • Place and follow up on orders • Answering phones to company standards • Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements • Provide quality service and support in all interactions • Assist with the preparation of proposals and bids • Filing purchase orders • Interact and communicate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, billing office, and other co-workers • Have the ability to work independently

Job Requirements

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, an eye for design, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), interest in and proven ability to work well with team members, a pleasant demeanor, great organizational and time management skills and the desire to provide the ultimate customer service experience. Client offers a professional, fun faith-based environment. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business (or related field) is preferred along with 1-2 years of relevant experience (or commensurate experience). Candidates must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe product familiarity is preferred. Salary range is $34k-$39k+.
